Keep experience on the bench!

Thank you very much for visiting my web site and your interest in my campaign. I have filed for re-election for my seat on the District Court bench for the 26th Judicial District (Mecklenburg County). For my re-election, I need your vote and support both in the primary this spring as well as your vote in November. I offer to serve you for four more years. Early voting in the primary begins on April 17, 2008 and continues through May 3, 2008. The primary election is held on Tuesday, May 6, 2008. The general election is on November 4, 2008 with early voting beginning earlier. My philosophy is to provide a forum for a fair and impartial trial, rule quickly and with sound legal reasoning. I believe in the strict interpretation and application of the law as enacted by our legislature and set forth in the Constitutions of the United States and the State of North Carolina. There are several ways you can help my campaign. These are listed on the page labeled “Volunteer”. If you feel you can contribute monetarily to this campaign, a “PayPal” account has been set up so you can use your credit card. Any assistance and contributions to my campaign are greatly appreciated. This race is non-partisan. If you vote a straight ticket, you WILL NOT register a vote for me. To cast a vote for me, you must continue down the ballot for the judicial races and register your vote. Please remember to vote in the primary on Tuesday, May 6th or during the early voting. Again, thank you for taking your valuable time to visit my site. I humbly ask for your vote and support.
